We only sell to clinic-owning companies and licensed healthcare professionals such as skin therapists, doctors, dentists and nurses. It is not a requirement that the healthcare professional runs or represents a company to make a purchase in Sweden.

We sell products to customers based in the following countries:
Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal, Austria, Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Cyprus, Malta, Greece, Iceland, Greenland, Norway and England.
We do not sell to customers in Germany or other countries not mentioned above.
Requirements for international customers
For customers within the EU, we require a valid VAT number at the time of purchase. For customers from outside the EU, such as Norway, Iceland, Greenland and England, an official company number is required at the time of purchase.
Verification of the buyer's status
To ensure that our products are used in accordance with professional standards, all new customers undergo a verification process. This process includes providing the relevant professional diploma and/or certificate. Once the verification is approved, you can easily and safely shop on our website knowing that our products are specifically designed for your professional category. If professional certificates and/or diplomas are not provided within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to reject the order.

Verification of customer information
We reserve the right to verify the VAT number or organization number provided by the customer. If correct information cannot be verified within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to reject or cancel the order.
