What payment methods do you offer?
We offer card payments and invoice payments. Card payment is currently only available via VISA and MasterCard. We also offer invoice payment, if you choose this option a credit check will be made.
How long is your delivery time?
The estimated delivery time is specified at checkout depending on the chosen shipping method. If a product has a different delivery time, this is indicated in the product description.
What happens if I don't collect my parcel?
Packages not collected within four weeks will be returned and sent back to us. For unclaimed packages, a fee of 150 SEK will be charged for return shipping, administration and handling.
How do you handle returns?
Returns are at the customer's expense unless the product is defective or you have received the wrong item. Returned products should be sent by letter or parcel, not by cash on delivery.
How does the refund work if I regret my purchase?
If you regret your purchase, we will refund the amount you paid as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 days of receiving the return.
I have a company based in the EU, do I need to fill in my VAT number when buying?
Yes, EU customers must provide a valid VAT number when purchasing. If the VAT number is invalid, your order may be canceled or Swedish VAT will be charged in arrears.
Which countries do you sell to?
We sell products to customers based in the following countries: Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal, Austria, Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Cyprus, Malta, Greece, Iceland, Greenland, Norway and England.
We do not sell to customers in Germany or other countries not mentioned above.
Who can buy your products?
We only sell to clinic-owned companies and licensed healthcare professionals such as skin therapists, doctors, dentists and nurses. You do not need to be connected to a company to buy from us in Sweden.
I am from an EU country. What information do I need to provide?
Customers in the EU must provide a valid VAT number at the time of purchase.
I am from a non-EU country. What information do I need to provide?
For customers outside the EU such as Norway, Iceland, Greenland and England, an official organization number is required.
Will you check my health professional qualification?
We may ask you to provide identification or other evidence of your professional status in the health sector. If such documentation cannot be provided, we reserve the right to reject the order.
What happens if my VAT number or organization number cannot be verified?
If we cannot verify the provided VAT number or organization number within a reasonable time, we may reject or cancel your order.
Are the prices on your platform inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Can the terms of purchase be changed?
Yes, we reserve the right to change the terms of purchase at any time. Customers should therefore regularly review the Terms of Purchase for any updates.
