What payment methods do you offer?

We offer card payment and invoice payment. Card payment is currently only available via VISA and MasterCard. We also offer invoice payment, and if you choose this option, a credit check will be conducted.

What is your delivery time?

The estimated delivery time is specified in the shopping cart depending on the chosen shipping method. If a product has a different delivery time, it will be indicated in the product description.

What happens if I don't pick up my package?

Packages that are not collected within four weeks will be returned to us. For uncollected packages, a fee of 150 SEK will be charged for return shipping, administration, and handling.

How do you handle returns?

Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective or if you have received the wrong item. Returned products should be sent as letters or packages and not as cash-on-delivery shipments.

How does the refund process work if I change my mind about my purchase?

If you change your mind about your purchase, we will refund the amount you paid as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the date we receive the return.

I have a company based within the EU, do I need to provide my VAT number during purchase?

Yes, customers within the EU are required to provide a valid VAT number during purchase. If the VAT number is invalid, your order may be canceled, or Swedish VAT might be charged retrospectively.

Which countries do you sell to?

We sell products to customers based in the following countries: Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal, Austria, Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Cyprus, Malta, Greece, Iceland, Greenland, Norway, and England.

We do not sell to customers in Germany or other countries not mentioned above.

Who can buy your products?

We only sell to clinic-owning businesses and licensed healthcare professionals such as estheticians, doctors, dentists, and nurses. You do not need to be affiliated with a company to purchase from us in Sweden.

I am from an EU country. What information do I need to provide?

Customers within the EU need to provide a valid VAT number at the time of purchase.

I am from a non-EU country. What information do I need to provide?

For customers outside the EU, such as Norway, Iceland, Greenland, and England, an official organization number is required.

Will you verify my healthcare professional credentials?

We may request you to provide identification or other forms of proof of your professional healthcare status. If such documentation cannot be provided, we reserve the right to reject the order.

What happens if my VAT number or organization number cannot be verified?

If we are unable to verify the provided VAT number or organization number within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to reject or cancel your order.

Are the prices on your platform inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

All prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise specified.

Can the terms of purchase be changed?

Yes, we reserve the right to change the terms of purchase at any time. Customers should therefore regularly review the purchase terms for any updates.
