Conditions of purchase
These conditions of purchase govern the sale of products offered on this website. By making a purchase, the buyer accepts these conditions.
Prices for businesses
All prices quoted are aimed at companies and are exclusive of Swedish VAT of 25%. Swedish VAT will be added at check-out for companies based in Sweden. Companies within the EU are asked to fill in a valid VAT number when ordering. If the VAT number provided is not valid, the order will be canceled, or Swedish VAT will be charged in arrears. Companies outside the EU are asked to provide their organization number. VAT and any customs duties will be charged by the respective country's customs authorities upon import.
Payment
Card payment
- Payment for our products is by credit card only and we currently only accept VISA and MasterCard.
- When entering card details, you undertake to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to email address, name and telephone number.
- For your security, we do not store your card number. However, we do keep some information related to your payment card to make it easier for you to make future purchases with us.
- When a transaction is made, the money is deducted directly from your card and transferred to our account.
Invoice payment
- If you choose to pay by invoice, a credit check will be carried out either on you as an individual or on your company. This is a necessary step to ensure a secure payment process.
- By clicking "complete purchase" or by creating an account with us, you confirm and agree that this credit check may be carried out in connection with your purchase.
It is important for us to maintain a transparent and reliable payment process for all our customers.
Right of withdrawal
- When you buy medical products from us, you should be aware that these products are subject to specific withdrawal conditions. Should you open the product, for security reasons we cannot accept a return.
- Due to the medical nature of these products, we may also, in some cases, refuse a refund even if the product has not been opened.
We ask you to carefully consider your decision before breaking the seal of the products to ensure quality and safety for our customers.
Delivery
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is specified in the shopping cart depending on the chosen shipping method. For products with a different delivery time, this will be clearly indicated in the product description.
Uncollected parcels
If you have chosen to pay by prepayment, your parcel will be available for collection at the post office for up to two weeks. Parcels not collected within this time will be returned to us. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a return shipping, administration and handling fee for unclaimed parcels. The current fee is currently 150 SEK.

Returns and exchanges
General rules
If you wish to return a product, you are responsible for the cost of returning it, except when the product is defective or you have received the wrong item. In these cases, we cover the return costs.
Return method
Returned products should be sent either by letter or parcel. Do not send returns by cash on delivery.
Exchanges
For products to be exchanged for another product, we will cover the shipping costs of the new product sent from us to you.
Actions in case of withdrawal
If you decide to exercise your right to withdraw from a product, you should return the product to us. In the case of a service, you should keep the related material available to us, as long as it does not cause you any inconvenience.

Reimbursement
Refund period
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the goods as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods back, or, in the case of a service, from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw. in the case of a service, from the day you informed us of your decision to cancel the purchase.
Return costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping of the goods, except for so-called replacement goods, where we cover the return cost.
