Prices and payment
All prices are for traders and exclude Swedish VAT of 25% which is added at checkout for customers in Sweden. Customers in the EU must fill in a valid VAT number,
if the VAT number is invalid we will cancel your order or charge Swedish VAT in arrears. For customers in non-EU countries, these must state a social security number or a Norwegian organization number,
the country’s customs office charges the country’s VAT and any customs fee.
Right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you regret it. The cooling-off period begins on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. If the agreement concerns a custom-made item or special order – or an item that has been given a clear personal touch, the cancellation period begins on the day we provide information.
You do not have the right of withdrawal if:
The service started during the cooling-off period with your consent, the price is dependent on the fluctuations of the financial market, for example a share, the goods due to their nature cannot be returned, the seal has been broken on sound or image recordings or computer programs. Sealing also refers to technical sealing.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right to cancel.
Payment is only made via payment cards such as VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. When registering card details, you are responsible for providing us with correct contact information, such as e.g. e-mail address, name and telephone number.
We do not store card numbers, but such information about your card as is necessary to simplify future purchases of our products.

When choosing invoice payment, a credit report will be made against you or your company.
You agree to this when you press “complete purchase”
If you do not wish to receive a credit report against you, you can always contact email@example.com.
The delivery time is specified in the shopping cart under the respective shipping method. If an item has a different delivery time, it is indicated next to the respective item.
Packages not collected
If you have chosen cash on delivery as the shipping method, your goods will remain in the post office for four weeks. Unclaimed goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently SEK 150
Returns are at your own expense, except if the product is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery. In the case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must,
if it concerns an item: send or return it to us
if it concerns a service: keep the material available to us, if it does not cause inconvenience to you.
If you have exercised your right of cancellation, we shall refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods or, if it is a service, the notification that you have canceled. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.
