What is Belotero?
Belotero® is a high-quality, CE-marked filler manufactured in Germany by the company Merz. Belotero's fillers are safe, fully biocompatible and completely biodegradable. Belotero® Lips Contour is made from cross-linked sodium hyaluronate of non-animal origin.
Created using CPM (Cohesive Polydensified Matrix technology), the hyaluronic acid in Belotero's filler gains its unique elasticity, a unique process that contributes to its monophasic nature. Belotero therefore guarantees a clearly better result from the first hours after injection and during the first months in terms of increased volume compared to biphasic products. This manufacturing process also allows the product to integrate with the body's own tissue, giving a final result that mimics the natural movement pattern of the skin.
Belotero is produced from non-animal hyaluronic acid (NaHA) through a patented dynamic reticulation process. The unique structure provides a compliant gel that is easy to inject through a small diameter needle.
